Delete Your LottoAnDirek Account
You can start deletion directly in the app from Profile → Delete My Account. The request is reviewed to protect the account before final deletion.
Send the request from the email address or phone number associated with your account. Include your name and the last four digits of the account phone number. We may request verification to protect the account.
What we delete
- Your account and profile information.
- Personal data, saved dreams or notes, and device identifiers associated with the account.
Certain financial or security records may be retained only when required by law or fraud-prevention obligations. When applicable, we remove the name and phone number from operational records.
