Information we may collect
- Your name, phone number, and selected country.
- Account identifiers, device or installation identifiers, session-security information, notification tokens, and notification preferences.
- Account and VIP-access status, support information, and necessary transaction records.
- Dream entries or notes you choose to save in Rèv Mwen.
How we use information
We use this information for account registration and login, account and device security, member content and lottery-result features, notifications you request, customer support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Service providers
The app uses infrastructure providers such as Google Firebase for authentication, databases, server functions, app integrity, storage, and notifications. These providers process information to deliver services to LottoAnDirek. We do not send your account phone number, PIN, private dream entries, or VIP selections to AdMob.
Advertising and privacy choices
Advertising-supported Android and iPhone versions use Google AdMob to display banner and occasional full-screen ads. Ads may appear for free and paid members outside the VIP page. Older versions may not include ads.
Google's advertising software can collect and share IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), device or advertising identifiers where available, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. Google uses this data for advertising, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. We do not request precise GPS location for advertising.
Where required, Google's consent form or opt-out message lets you manage advertising choices. You can reopen available choices through Profile → Chwa sou vi prive piblisite. You can also manage advertising identifiers in device settings. Refusing personalized advertising does not remove access to app features; non-personalized or limited ads may still be shown. On iPhone, access to the advertising identifier is subject to Apple's tracking permission.
Advertising data sharing may be considered a sale or sharing under some US privacy laws. Eligible users can opt out through the privacy choices. We do not sell your account phone number or PIN. Learn more about Google advertising and Google's privacy policy.
Apple subscriptions
If you purchase an Apple subscription, Apple processes the payment. We receive subscription product and transaction identifiers, purchase and expiration dates, refund or revocation status, and an account-linking identifier. We use these records to verify, restore, and manage your VIP access. Apple does not provide us with your payment-card details through this process.
Data retention and deletion
We retain information while an account remains active or as reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, operational, and legal obligations. You may initiate account deletion from Profile → Delete My Account in the app or use our account-deletion page. Certain security or transaction records may be retained when required by law or fraud-prevention obligations.
Deletion requests are reviewed by an administrator. When deletion is completed, account-linked Apple records are removed. Restricted hashed account-linking and purchase identifiers may remain to prevent a deleted purchase from being reassigned and to handle later Apple notifications. These identifiers are pseudonymous records, not a promise that every record is anonymous. Limited deletion-audit and financial records may also remain for the purposes described above.
Deleting your LottoAnDirek account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel it through Apple subscription settings to stop future renewals.
